Meghan Becker

Meghan Becker serves as Director of Student Care & Well-Being, where she leads the department’s work across Care Team Services, the Beauchamp Addiction Recovery Center, and Well-Being Initiatives, supporting students and staff engaged in crisis response, recovery, and holistic well-being. She holds a Master of Divinity and brings more than 20 years of experience working with students in higher education. Meghan’s background includes leadership roles in campus housing, community college student support, and over six years as a case manager before becoming Director of Student Care & Well-Being. While she values direct work with students, she is especially passionate about supervising, mentoring, and leading professional teams to serve students with excellence and care. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys time with her daughters, Ellie and Sarah, walking her dogs, visiting the dog park, and sharing meaningful moments of laughter and connection with friends.
