Jazmine Reed

Jazmine Reed serves as the Assistant Director for Care Team Services at Baylor University. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from Baylor and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). In her role, Jazmine supports students who may be experiencing difficult or complex situations, providing compassionate guidance and connecting them with helpful campus and community resources. She also leads and supervises the Care Team, working collaboratively to ensure students receive holistic and coordinated support. Jazmine approaches her work from a strengths-based perspective, celebrating and honoring each student’s unique background and experiences while recognizing their resilience and capacity for growth. Outside of work, she enjoys embroidery and other creative crafts, as well as spending time with her family.
